CO2 Laser Tube Use Information

Reminded: Cool water use distilled water or pure water, and need always pay attention on the temperature, the maximum temperature would not higher than 30º C, proposed the temperature maintained at 22º C -26º C, especially in the summer, when you found the temperature is too high, it need to have a rest. Cold region should be use a liquid as a coolant to avoid the burst of the laser tube.
2. If cooling use water pump, it sought assurances that the flow of cool water needs between 2L-4L per minute; If the cooling effect is not very well, it will resulting the decreased of the power.
3. According to the electrical parameter of the laser tube to choose the match power supply, and to distinguish the cathode and anode correctly. (normally, egress port is cathode).
4. Pay attention to protect the output window of laser tube to avoid the ember which makes during the work progress sputtering to the output window surface, . Needs to equip smoke equipment. If the output window surface have pollute, the power will down. Then can wipe the ember use anhydrous alcohol or absorbent cotton.

7. When water scale (filthy) in the laser tube, can be use 20% of the diluted hydrochloric acid to cleaning the laser tube to removing the scale.
